I heard the key phrase today from the slicer: we just get rid of the meat of it has been in the warmer too long. Which always fresh bits of meat.

Now is one of those times. If you run out of food before 6pm on a Friday night, you need to look at how you are running your business. This kjbd of bad management is what helps attribute to why many restaurants fail. I hope they fix this semi consistent issue because their food is good.June 18, 2016
