  After asking for 2 sides of mac sauce for my friend and I we were told that the second one wouldn't be free. Manager really trying to make sales... Employee was nice. Manager not so much.

  Take my daughter there to see her biological dad for his supervised visit and the staff is talking amongst themselves, sometimes while taking care of customers and ignoring them, sometimes standing around, but always cordial. On numerous occasions, I've witnessed people bringing their dogs into the restaurant and the staff will A) not tell them they can't have dogs inside the establishment, B) bend over backwards to help them, and C) ignore complaints about them having dogs in the building. NOTE: They ARE NOT service dogs. One guy was homeless and it was a weiner dog/chihuahua mix and the other was a weiner dog an older woman brings in every week. The staff comes and talks with her. They know the dog is there. I don't understand how this is allowed?
